Claire Preston – Sales Manager

Meet Claire, our Sales Manager and a proud mum to two lively boys! With a Bachelor in Education and extensive experience in retail, Claire understands the importance of providing reliable, high-quality products that make family and daycare life easier.

Whether parents are shopping for their little ones at home or ensuring their childcare centres are fully equipped, Claire is always ready to assist. She loves connecting with customers and is dedicated to making their shopping experience with Mum 2 Mum as smooth as possible.

When she’s not at work, Claire enjoys cheering on her boys at cricket and rugby matches and spending quality time with family and friends.

Francesca Funari – Graphic Designer & Brand Manager

Ciao! This is Francesca, our Italian graphic designer and brand manager who speaks with her hands—literally and creatively!

After moving to New Zealand with her partner, Francesca fell in love with the breathtaking landscapes and the warm-hearted people, making this vibrant country their home. Her work seamlessly blends her Italian roots with her new Kiwi inspiration, resulting in designs that are both innovative and authentic.

Francesca, with a background in graphic design and brand management, specialises in creating visually captivating graphics that tell a story, she blends her creativity and experience to build our story.

Outside of her design work, Francesca embraces the beauty of winter, often found hiking or visiting snow-capped mountains or cozying up with a warm cup of tea while binge-watching her favourite shows and movies. She also loves hosting friends for game nights, where her competitive spirit shines through.

Janell Goodhew – Dispatch & Stock Control

Janell joined us just over two years ago, bringing a wealth of warehouse and dispatch experience to our team. As a proud mum to a teenager, she values family time and understands the importance of reliability in everything she does.

In her role, Janell takes the lead in the warehouse dispatch process, managing everything from sales order processing and stock allocation to picking, sorting, packing, loading, invoicing, and dispatching. Her attention to detail ensures that products are delivered accurately and on time, helping our customers get what they need when they need it.

When she’s not coordinating logistics, Janell loves curling up with a good book or diving into a new Lego build with her family. She’s dedicated to creating a smooth and efficient experience for everyone and is always ready to lend a helping hand!

Hailey Greene – Accounts Manager

Meet Hailey, our enthusiastic Accounts Manager who recently joined the team! With a passion for numbers, formulas, and balancing the books, she brings a unique perspective from her background in the children’s entertainment industry.

In her role, Hailey utilises her keen eye for detail to minimise mistakes that could impact our customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

When she’s not crunching numbers, Hailey enjoys cooking up delicious meals, rocking out to her favourite music, and spending time with animals. She dreams of having a menagerie one day, filled with lots of furry friends!

Even though Hailey is new, she is quickly becoming a valued go-to member of the team.

Shayna Scott – Office Support

Shayna joined our team with a vibrant hospitality background , having worked in everything from restaurants and bars to adventurous tree-top experiences.

This diverse experience equips her with a fantastic ability to connect with customers and manage and plan our events with ease.

As our office “Girl Friday,” Shayna handles a wide range of tasks—often with a positivity and lightning speed that keeps everything running smoothly. In addition to her professional talents, Shayna is a wonderful Aunt and a loving mum to several furry companions. She truly brings a warm, personal touch to everything she does!

Gemma McIntyre – Marketing & Social Content

Meet Gemma, who recently returned to Mum 2 Mum after maternity leave! She’s been married for five years and is a proud mum to two energetic kidlets (and a lazy cat!).

Gemma loves staying active—whether she’s playing netball or enjoying some friendly competition in beach volleyball, you’ll often find her out and about with her kids in tow. When she is at home, she’s often in the kitchen creating delicious treats for everyone to share.
With over 12 years in the industry and her skills as a graphic designer, Gemma brings a creative flair to our marketing and social content.

As a self-confessed social butterfly who loves a chat, she easily connects with everyone she meets. Always ready to roll up her sleeves and get things done, Gemma is excited to be back and can’t wait to connect with you again soon!
