Freight and Handling
You will pay freight and handling charges on any goods you order from us as follows:
Within NZ:
Cost:
All goods delivered within New Zealand incur freight and handling charges.
Residential Addresses:
Spend under $85 and a flat rate of $5.50 freight will apply OR spend over $85 and receive free freight.
Rural Addresses:
Spend under $85 and a flat rate of $10.50 freight will apply OR spend over $85 and a flat rate of $5 will apply.
Freight charges will be applied at confirmation of order. Free and discounted freight does not apply during sales and promotions. Separate costs apply for wholesale customers (see below). NZ delivery excludes Chatham Islands and Stewart Island. Please contact our Customer Services Department for alternative freight options for this area.
Timeframe:
North Island: Please allow 1-3 working days.
South Island: Please allow 2-4 working days.
Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1-2 working days.
Delays may occur during or around public holiday periods.
Overseas / Outside NZ:
Australia: NZD$17.50 per order
Rest of the world: NZD$40 per order
Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery.
Wholesale Customers
North Island: $15.00 per Courier Bag and $20 per Box delivered. Please allow 1-3 working days.
South Island: $20.00 per Courier Bag and $25 per Box delivered. Please allow 2-4 working days.
Overseas / Outside NZ: Freight costs for wholesale overseas orders will be advised by us upon receipt of your order. Your order will not be sent until freight costs are confirmed by you. Please allow 10-15 working days for delivery.
Order and Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods ordered from us within 15 working days from the date we receive and accept your order. This will be subject to stock availability. If we anticipate that you will not receive the goods within that timeframe we will advise the reason for the delay and the likely date of the delivery. You will then be asked to confirm the order or cancel the order. Mum 2 Mum does not back order stock. The timing for delivery of services ordered from us will be as specified on our website or as agreed by us and you. We will not be liable for any delays in delivery of goods or services.
Property/Risk
Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
But way happens if it doesn’t turn up or is lost or stolen? In most cases, we will need to launch an investigation with the courier company to assist with resolving the delivery issue you are having. Rest assured, our team will do everything they can to help resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Please be advised that neither Mum 2 Mum nor the courier companies we use are able to refund or replace items that have been lost, damaged or stolen after being successfully delivered to your property. We recommend using the signature required upgrade if you are concerned about your parcel being left unattended after delivery to your property.
